Fair Entries

New Instructions for Online Entry Process

Exhibitors with Market Animals

Entries for Market animals will look a little different this year.  You will no longer choose a “class” for your animal, instead you will enter the division with each animal that you have.

For example, if you have 2 goats, you will click on Department- Goat Shows, Division Market Goat and from there enter the electronic ID tag #. You will need to do this for each of your 2 goats. There is a button that allows you to “Auto-fill from previous” and that will save you time when doing several of the same entries. Just make sure you are changing the Tag # for each animal. The information on ShoWorks does not match the Fair book at this time so make sure you are looking through each department to enter what you need to.

The FFA and 4-H Pens classes have also changed and will be separate from the Market Show. These classes will be listed under:

  • Department: Sheep Shows
    • Division: 4-H Pen of 2.

If you have questions, or need help through this process, please contact us at or 307-633-4670. Thank you.

Registration Instructions

Please register by creating a User ID and Password and choose “I am a new Exhibitor”.  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.

Your credentials from last year will no longer work.

ShoWorks Passport

We highly recommend that you sign up for ShoWorks Passport.

This program will:

  • Save your login information from year to year
  • Permit entries in the Laramie County Fair to be entered in other Fairs (based on availability)
  • Enable LCF to share information with you regarding Fair, shows, and results

To do this, click on the Passport option instead of Exhibitor and it will walk you through the steps of setting up your profile. Once your profile has been created, you are able to go back in and create your entries.

To learn more about “Passport” click on the link with more information.

Thank you Fair sponsors!
